We use Google Analytics (GA4) to measure aggregate site traffic. This includes page views, session duration, approximate geographic region, and device type. We do not collect names, email addresses, or personally identifiable information through analytics.

Contact Form

When you submit our contact form, we receive your name, email address, topic selection, and message. This data is processed through Google Apps Script and delivered to our Gmail inbox. We do not share, sell, or distribute contact form submissions to any third party.

Email Subscriptions

Some sites in our network include an optional email subscription form (powered by Formspree). Subscribing requires only an email address. We use this solely to send research updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Cookies

We use only first-party cookies set by Google Analytics. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics.

What We Don't Do

We do not sell data. We do not run advertising. We do not collect financial information. We do not use retargeting. We do not share any user data with attorneys, law firms, or legal service providers.

Children's Privacy

Our sites are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Data Retention

Analytics data is retained per Google's standard retention policies (14 months). Contact form submissions are retained in our email inbox indefinitely for correspondence purposes.

Your Rights

You may request deletion of any personal data we hold by contacting info@openbankruptcyproject.org. California residents have additional rights under CCPA. EU residents have additional rights under GDPR.
